You must show documentation of all name changes. If you have legally changed your name by marriage or court order, you must submit a copy of your marriage certificate(s) or court order(s). If your ID is not REAL ID compliant, you must visit a Tax Collector’s office in person to obtain a REAL ID. Not sure if your ID is REAL ID compliant? If you have a gold star on your driver license or identification card, you’re good to go.

(*NOTE: REAL ID compliance from other states is not transferrable to Florida.)
